We use Allulose and Monk Fruit sweetener to give our cookie bites a delicious taste, similar to regular table sugar. Allulose is a natural rare sugar which is not metabolized by the body and has no glycemic impact. Monk fruit extract is a natural, plant-based extract which is not metabolized by the body and has no glycemic impact.
What Is The Shelf Life Of Your Desserts
If kept in their packaging, our freshly baked cookie bites last around 6-8 months at normal room temperature. After opening your pouch, we recommend you keep your bites in the fridge to give them an extended shelf life and flavor.
The best way to tell if a cookie is bad or spoiled is to smell and look at it. Discard it if it has an off smell or appearance or if you see any mold.

Do You Ship Orders?
Yes we do! We currently ship anywhere in the United States (including US territories), but we do not ship internationally at this time. We ship with USPS First class and Priority Mail and UPS Ground Shipping. In most cases, orders are delivered within 3 business days once shipped. We try to ship out your order as soon as possible though, due to high volume, some orders may be delayed a few days to give us time to bake more of our delicious fresh cookies.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping fees are based on distance from our Houston headquarters and the weight of your orders. These are automatically calculated based on quoted rates from mail service providers. Please note, we do offer free shipping on ALL orders over $60.
