An Easy Keto Mug Cake Recipe featuring ChipMonk Baking Mix & Jojo's Keto Chocolate

Keto Mug Cake Ingredients:
- 1 TB unsalted butter
- 3 TB ChipMonk chocolate chip or espresso cookie mix
- 2 tsp Allumonk sweetener
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 bar JOJO’s Goes Hawaiian Chocolate
Keto Mug Cake Instructions

Melt butter in a ramakin (15 seconds on a 900W microwave), then swirl it around the ramakin to coat the sides.

Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined then add to the butter in the ramakin.

Add the beaten egg to the ramakin then mix thoroughly with a fork (use a fork instead of a whisk, as this allows you to get into the edges of the ramakin) until the batter is completely smooth.

Microwave for 90 seconds (that seems to be the magic number on a 900W microwave)

Allow to rest for a 2-3 minutes then use a soft edge spatula to remove to a cooling rack.

Chop JOJO’s chocolate bar into chunks and sprinkle on top.
