Keto Mug Cake Ingredients:

 

Keto Mug Cake Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a ramakin (15 seconds on a 900W microwave), then swirl it around the ramakin to coat the sides.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined then add to the butter in the ramakin.

  3. Add the beaten egg to the ramakin then mix thoroughly with a fork (use a fork instead of a whisk, as this allows you to get into the edges of the ramakin) until the batter is completely smooth.

  4. Microwave for 90 seconds (that seems to be the magic number on a 900W microwave)

  5. Allow to rest for a 2-3 minutes then use a soft edge spatula to remove to a cooling rack.

  6. Chop JOJO’s chocolate bar into chunks and sprinkle on top.

  7. Eat when you can no longer contain your excitement.
