So, how can you stay on keto during the holidays? It's really hard, and it takes a lot of planning. You have to prepare a lot of your own meals or desserts ahead of time or try to find local bakeries that are willing to make low carb, sugar-free options. We make cookies so you can definitely find those, but outside of that, it's not easy. So plan ahead!
Some ways you can plan ahead during the holidays are to:
- Ask for the menu ahead of time so you know what you can and can't have before getting there.
- Make your favorite snacks and desserts ahead of time so you're less tempted to stray from your diet when you get there.
- Bring items that will satisfy you and your sweet tooth!
