The ChipMonks Go To The Grocery Store! Our Low Carb, Keto Shopping List
Our pantry is looking a little sparse, so it’s time for the ChipMonks to head to the grocery store and stock up on our favorite low carb favorites. Follow along to create your very own keto grocery shopping list:
The Fruits:
Our first stop is the fruit aisle! But unfortunately, most fruits and berries contain quite a bit of sugar and carbs. They are, after all, ‘Nature’s Candy’, but if you are practicing a ketogenic diet, those sweet snacks might be knocking you out of ketosis. That’s why our shopping list includes some of our favorite low carb fruits, along with their number of carbs per 100g serving:

The Meats:
You might be surprised to learn that ChipMonks aren’t vegetarians. In fact, if you’re like us and living the low carb, high fat lifestyle, then meat is an excellent source of protein and energy, and it’s all totally carb free! Here’s what the ChipMonks are craving:
