How to Make Keto CopyCat Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits
One of my favorite memories from childhood was going to the Red Lobster and enjoying a bottomless basket of their DELICIOUS cheddar biscuits. Unfortunately now that I'm a bit older I need to watch my carbs, and those biscuits are FULL of them. Thankfully the Master of Keto Cooking Sugarless Crystals has come up with this epically delicious copycat recipe for low carb, keto-friendly Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits. Is your mouth watering yet? PREP TIME: 5mins. COOK TIME: 15mins TOTAL TIME: 20mins
1tablespoontapioca flour(optional but highly recommended)
1/2tablespooncoconut flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoondried parsley
1/4teaspoononion powder
1/2cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
Wet Ingredients
2largeeggs
4tablespoonsalted butter()
Garlic Butter Sauce
2tablespoonsalted butter
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoondried parsley
1/8teaspoononion powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter then mix all dry ingredients together
Grab cooled melted butter then whisk in both eggs
Combine dry and wet ingredients
Cover and allow to sit for 30 minutes
Preheat oven to 375°F
Using a spoon, drop 8 biscuits onto a baking sheet then place in oven for 15 minutes
When biscuits are almost done make garlic butter sauce. Combine garlic, onion, salt and parsley together then pour melted butter on top
Remove biscuits from oven and brush with garlic butter sauce
Serve
