How to Make Keto Peanut Butter Mug Cake

Sometimes you're craving an ooey gooey sweet keto-friendly, dessert but you just don't have the time to bake something complicated or run to the store. Fortunately Sugarless Crystals has come up with this delicious and easy Peanut Butter Mug Cake recipe so you can whip up a delicious low carb, sugar free dessert in only a couple of minutes! Ready to taste the mug bake of your dreams? Let's get baking:



  • 2 tablespoon blanched almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract ((optional))
  • 1 serving lily's chocolate chips (Use salted caramel flavor!)



  1. In a mug or bowl add in egg, peanut butter and vanilla extract
  2. Next, toss in almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder and salt
  3. Mix all ingredients until blended smooth and even
  4. Toss in chocolate chips
  5. Microwave for 1 minute and add more time if needed in 15 second rounds
  6. Cool then serve
