The Best Keto Donuts!
- Made with real strawberries in each bite. And only 4g net carbs per donut.
- A mix of almond flour and coconut flour. Only the best recipes have this.
- Topped with a strawberry glazed/icing with strawberries flowing throughout each bite.
- Preheat ove to 350°F
- Puree strawberries with eggs in a blender. Don't over blend you can leave some chunks
- Mix dry ingredients almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sweetener, baking powder, salt
- Mix strawberry and egg mix with butter, extract and liquid sweetener
- Combine dry and wet ingredients. Batter won't be as pink as photos unless you add a drop of food coloring
- Spread in donut molds then place in oven for 20-25 minutes
- You must allow these to cool first then serve
Strawberry Glaze
- Puree strawberries lightly in tablespoon of almond milk or water
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients until well combined
Helpful Recipe Tips
- Strawberry keto donuts won't be as pink as they are in photos. Unless you add a small bit of pink food coloring they will be very pale looking.
- Skip adding strawberries in glaze and simply have a delicious cream cheese icing.
- As a bonus use sugar free white chocolate chip as a mix in. Also, if you have strawberry extract around sub that out for the vanilla extract for a deeper strawberry flavor.
