Foods to Avoid on Keto and Foods to Eat on a Keto Diet

Foods that you might want to avoid on a strict keto diet are going to be anything plant-based (because it’s usually heavy in carbs), and anything that's heavily processed like grains, pasta, and bread are going to be a no-go. You’ll also want to stay away from carb-heavy drinks like juices, drinks with lots of sugar, and beers. Instead, you're going to want to have items like avocados, more oils, nuts and seeds, fish, chicken, and anything high in protein and high in fat that are perfect for keto.
