How To Make Keto Bread Rolls

Tired of feeling left out at the dinner party with no keto bread options? Next time, whip up a batch of these super simple, amazingly fluffy keto bread rolls and you might have to fight off your carb forward friends at the dinner table! Just follow these instructions to make your very own, perfectly baked, keto-friendly Bread Rolls:
Keto Bread Rolls Ingredients:

5 tbsp ground psyllium husk powder
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 3 egg whites

1 cup water

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Keto Bread Rolls Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl while bringing your water to a boil

Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients, and combine well.

Add boiling water while beating with a hand mixer for about 30 seconds. Don’t over mix the dough, it’s consistency should resemble that of Play-Doh.
- Moisten hands with a little bit of olive oil and shape dough into 6 separate rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet and top with (optional) sesame seeds.
- Bake on the lowest rack of your over for 50-60 minutes, depending on the size of your bread rolls. You’ll know they're done when you hear a hollow sound when tapping the bottom of the bun.
